Catching up.

Updating the bed situation: I've been sleeping a little better. Thursday and Friday night I slept like a brick, and it was wonderful.

I'm considering going through Rush for the Catholic sorority here. And by that I mean I've considered it and decided to go through with it. At least I'll go through the Rush and decide if it's something I really want to do as the week goes on. Of course it means that I'll have something going on every night this week, which is a little bleh, but it's just one week.

Right now I'm trying to do my homework for Weather Observation and Analysis, which basically consists of me decoding this freak of a METAR observation:

MSJY8 06063 99167 70533 41598 53615 10276 20244 40096 57014 70308 85900 22224 00296 20403 306// 40705 5//// 80254=

Yeeeeeeeeah. Going to avoid that as long as I possibly can. I also have a reeeally bad headache right now. Like, I get a headache pretty much every day, but it's usually not really bad like this one, and I can't figure out what triggered it, but I can't concentrate on my homework, and it's annoying.

Not having a car is really getting in the way of things, too. Like, what if someone's birthday came along and I wanted to get them a present? I'd have to ask the person whose birthday it is for a ride to the mall just so I could get them something. How pathetic is that? Hey, it's 11:11. That's exciting. Yeah, this is really random, mostly because I can't concentrate on anything in particular right now, and I'm trying to multitask, and failing at it miserably. Tomorrow is Austin's birthday, so I think I'm going to wake up extra early so I can call him and wish him a happy birthday before he goes off to school. I guess that means I should go to bed soon. Of course, last night I think I got too much sleep, so I've been pretty tired all day. Whatever. I'll sleep soon.

On a good note, I dropped my phone the other day, and when I picked it up and put it back together, there wasn't a single scratch on it, and it was perfectly fine. So it's good that it's resilient. I got a whole bunch of new music the other day that I'm trying to listen to. It's a lot of stuff I've been meaning to listen to, but haven't really gotten around to it ever. And now that I have it, I still haven't gotten around it listening to it. :/ But I'll get there. Anyway, I'm going to go and enjoy the 3 days I have left of being a teenager. Man, I'm old.

So I just went down to the food machine here in Aston, and I picked the Twix bar, and when it went to vend it, it didn't completely vend. It definitely got stuck, and I was definitely about to cry. So I jounced the thing until it shook it loose. It was like my worst nightmare come true. On a different note, who here read "A Separate Peace"? Because I definitely took the word "jounce" from that mother trucker of a book. If you haven't read it, I wouldn't recommend it. Not good.

Yeah, I kinda liked A Seperate Peace too...despite the blatent homosexuality that ran rampant through the book, but I read it the summer before I was supposed to in school because Sara Wessels recommended it to me.

Glad that your phone isn't scratched yet and that your bed is getting comfy. Have a great day.

that information is so out of date at this point that it could hardly be called "catching up"
