The End is Nigh

Well, I finally have the internet in my room, but for all I know that'll be short-lived. Rita will destroy us all. Well, that's untrue. Actually, I expect that College Station will only be hit by the feeder bands of Rita, which will have dissipated to tropical storm strength by the time they pass over enough land to reach us. Supposedly many a tornado will be spawned, but I'm not really that worried about the tornadoes up here. Of course, in the LJ, I'm not so sure I expect to have a house the next time I "go home". It's such a strange thought. I've lived in that house for 13 years, and within the next week it may be gone? The past few days I've felt so shallow. I'll sit here and complain about something like breaking a nail during bowling (it hurts a lot, trust me), but there are people that have to worry about not having a house to come home to. It's alright, I already know I'm a terrible person. By the way, Katherine and I will be mourning the loss of my nail this coming Monday. That eulogy better be good, Kat. My nail and I were together for 3 weeks and it meant a lot to me. Anyway, I think it's naptime... or study time since I have a quiz in Weather Lab.

I understand your loss and feel your pain, you're in my prayers. So, how do you feel about Monty Python quotes?

NOW I wanna go bowling... This is the second day in a row I've read about bowling, except the first time it was spelled "boweling," which is really just disturbing. But I knew what she meant.
